Deliveries

Delivery Costs:
Standard delivery is free for all orders totally R1500 or more across South Africa, This excludes Furniture (Small Décor Only).
The cost of International deliveries is available upon request. Please email kuyakuya@laterald.co.za

Delivery Times:
Kuya Kuya deliveries take between 5-7 working days, between 8 am and 5 pm for main centers (CPT, JHB, PTA, DBN) and up to 7 working days for regional and remote areas. (If stock is available)

Returns:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for a reason unrelated to a quality problem, you may return it - these products will only be considered for refund or exchange if unused and undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. These products will not be considered for a return, refund, or exchange after 30 days from the date of invoice.  Wallpaper dye-lot variations may occur and are unavoidable. No wallpaper claims will be accepted if the correct glue was not used, or the installation instructions were not followed. No wallpaper claims will be accepted once the wallpaper has been cut or installed. Please refer to our Return Policy document for full details on returns of defective products.

The client is liable for 30% Handling Fees should they return a cancelled item without flaws, for example, the wrong color, or wrong size. The information and High-resolution pictures are created to avoid mistakes like this.

Refunds:

We ask on each item to do a stock check before the order is placed. There can be a hundred in quantity available one minute and then sold out in bulk the next. If an order is placed when an item is sold out, we will offer replacements. The credit can be used for anything else on the site to the value spent, should we have to refund the client is liable for 3% Banking fees that are charged to our account with each order. It takes 4 working days for an amount to clear via Payfast, the refund will only be made from our side as soon as the amount clears in our bank account.
